Blue Sky is a voluntary program that empowers environmentally-conscious customers like you to match all or part of their electricity use with renewable energy resources like wind and solar from the West.
If you enrolled in our Blue Sky Usage option, you’d be matching 100% of your monthly electricity use with renewable energy for an average of about $ more on your bill.
If you join the Blue Sky Block program at the amount of (or kWh), you'll match approximately % of the electricity usage you entered with renewable energy. This participation level would add $ to your monthly bill.

From there, Pacific Power will purchase renewable energy certificates on your behalf, no additional steps required!
Participation is voluntary, requires no contracts, and can be canceled at any time.
*Based on the average Oregon residential customer’s usage of 925 kilowatt-hours of electricity per month.
Pacific Power doesn’t make a profit from the Blue Sky program. Renewable energy supported by Blue Sky participants is above and beyond the basic service mix.
Here’s where your money can go:
Renewable Energy Certificates: Pacific Power purchases RECs on your behalf from newly developed facilities in your region.
Education, Outreach and Administration: We dedicate a portion of the program funds toward providing customers with education and awareness about their renewable energy options.
